01. Who We Are
We're a team of three college students brought together by a shared belief: energy shouldn't come with compromises.
Like most college students, we relied on energy drinks to get us through long days, late nights, and everything in between. But we were getting tired of the same old story: a quick burst of energy, followed by jitters, a crash, and the inevitable need for another can.
We were just about ready to give up on caffeine altogether when we stumbled upon something called yerba maté.
We'd heard it was different. A natural source of caffeine that delivered smooth, sustained energy, better focus, and none of the dreaded crash. Naturally, we were skeptical.
But after giving it a try, we understood what all the hype was about.

02. How It All Started
Although we started on opposite sides of the world, our love for yerba maté was growing at the very same time.
In Florida, our co-founder Enrique was discovering maté the traditional way, while across the Atlantic, our co-founder Philip was already familiar with a completely different take on the drink: Germany's popular bottled maté.
Two different places, two different experiences, but the same realization: there was something special about this drink.
Little did we know, those two experiences would eventually come together to become something much bigger.
